| I just didn't like having to force my newly woven Viking Knit Bracelets through the wooden or steel draw plates. It not only took a lot of force, damaged the wire (when I used the metal one) and sometimes broke. The wooden Viking Knit draw plates seemed to wear out very quickly and were never easy to pull through. So I came up with a better solution. An easy pulling drawplate that has three times as many holes as most. Most metals you can pull thru by hand. I also didn't like the idea that I could only use 5 or 6 rows and only one size dowel. (other kits try to make it seem really hard to get your project started without them, it's just not true). Why limit yourself? Using more rows and bigger dowels and different wire sizes made my creations very unique. Using many sizes of dowels and wires make for many different looks in your knit creations |
